White Nile to build feed and ethanol plants in Sudan next year [Registered]

Sudan’s White Nile Sugar has signed agreements for an ethanol factory and animal feed plant with China CAMC Engineering.”The agreement is for building the two factories,” Hassan Satti, managing director of White Nile, told Bloomberg. They would start production in the 2011/12 crop year that starts in May when White Nile plans to begin sugar production. China CAMC Engineering will begin construction in January.
