United States Sugar Corp.’s wholly owned subsidiary United States Sugar Savannah Refinery LLC (US Sugar Savannah Refinery), said it told the Third Circuit court on November 29 that it has closed its contentious US$315 million acquisition of Imperial Sugar Co. from the Louis Dreyfus Co.
