How sugar by-products can fuel a clean cooking revolution [Full subscriber]

Abstract The case for using by-products from sugar processing to fuel innovative clean cooking solutions in the developing world is explored and the different applications of sugar by-products in clean cooking programmes, including briquettes from bagasse, biogas from liquid waste/effluent and ethanol produced from molasses are examined.
