ePURE, a newly created European ethanol industry association, was launched at the F.O. Licht World Ethanol Conference in Geneva on 4th November. It already has 19 corporate members, representing 80% of EU ethanol production. ePURE (European Producers Union of Renewable Ethanol) is the result of the merger between UEPA (European Union of Ethanol Producers) and eBIO (European Bioethanol Fuel Association).
