Narrowing of cane sugar and beet sugar production costs [Registered]

Significant increases in beet productivity over the past decade has helped narrow the difference between the cost of producing beet sugar and cane sugar, according to Martin Todd, LMC International, speaking at the Int Sugar Organization’s annual conference on 30th November.
