Market analysis On 22nd June the 15-day average price for the raw sugar at ICE in New York was 12.19 cents/lb while the price that day was 12.21 cents. The general consensus is that the relative bullishness is less to do with market fundamentals but more to do with access to sugar if the Covid-19 pandemic goes out of hand in Brazil.
