Hysata secures over US$29 million funding to develop a pilot plant for its ultra-efficient electrolyser [Registered]

Australian start-up Hysata claims to have developed the world’s most efficient electrolyser. As a result, it has attracted AU$42.5 million (US$29.4 million) in an oversubscribed Series A funding round. The money will be used to expand the company and “develop a pilot manufacturing facility” for its innovative “capillary-fed” technology, which it says will be able to deliver the “world’s lowest-cost green hydrogen”.
