Game changing development in hydrogen fuel production [Registered]

A team of Virginia Tech researchers has discovered a way to extract large quantities of hydrogen from second most abundant plant sugar xylose. This new method of producing hydrogen releases almost no zero greenhouse gasses, and does not require costly or heavy metals. The research is led by the associate professor Y.H. Percival Zhang and published recently online in Angewandte Chemie, International Edition. Jonathan R.
