Celexion secures patent for the production of biobased difunctional alkanes [Registered]

Celexion was recently granted a patent in USA for “Biological synthesis of difunctional alkanes from carbohydrate feedstocks.” The patent covers biological methods for converting renewable feedstocks into a variety of high-value chemicals with a total market value of over $10 billion. Dr. Brian M.
