British Sugar – Unprocessed beet damaged by variable temperatures [Registered]
In their recent assessment, British Sugar state that milder temperatures following freezing temperatures for good part of late December could affect beet that has yet to be processed. “In the UK, sugar beet yields at the beginning of the campaign were in line with expectations.
