ACP states dismayed at the EU decision to end sugar quotas in 2017 [Registered]

The African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) sugar supplying states are disappointed by the decision reached by the EU institutions on 26 June to end the EU’s sugar quota regime at the end of September 2017, earlier than the initial proposal of 2020, made by the European Parliament, according to the recent press statement from ACP Secretariat.
